Audit & Review

FUELtrac measures the performance of fuel company pricing methods on a daily basis (for both card and bulk fuels). Movements in escalator prices, list prices, wholesale prices  and pump prices are benchmarked to provide an assessment of the relative performance for each supplier.

Your own fuel data can then be imported and measured against our benchmarks to establish which fuel company would provide the 'best' outcome for your business.

FUELtrac can also undertake analyses of fuel purchases over a given period of time (usually the previous twelve months is best) and provides a report on the performance of your fuel company supply agreement. Using your own transaction data, FUELtrac software compares your pricing agreement and fuel company charges for each transaction against the pump price at the point of sale. From this we can establish the actual savings (if any) you have achieved through your pricing agreement.

Following the data analysis process, FUELtrac provides a comprehensive written report on the findings. The actual amount charged for each transaction can then be measured against the contracted price for each location (taking into account variables such as freight differentials, excise rates and purchase location).
